Insurance
I am a contracted, preferred-provider with the following insurance companies: Premera BlueCross, LifeWise, Regence BlueShield, and Uniform. I will bill the listed insurance companies directly for counseling services. If your insurance company is not listed, you may still qualify for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Clients with out-of-network coverage are required to pay my full fee at the time of service and will receive a receipt to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. 

Payment
I accept cash and checks. You may also Make a Payment online with your credit card. All payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 non-cancellation fee.
