Do you feel disconnected from your partner or yourself? Do you long for greater intimacy, peace, and a sense of being on the same team? I can help you.

After a 20 year career in education working with parents, children and families, I received my Master’s degree in Counseling and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington. Operating under the supervision of Laura Gambrel PhD, LMHC, I specialize in marriage and couples counseling.

As a couples therapist, I develop a strong working relationship with each of my clients, creating a nurturing space where we can explore your relationship with compassion and curiosity. With advanced, ongoing training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Integrative Experiential Couples Therapy, I can help you improve communication, heal past hurts, and build intimacy and connection.

In my work with clients, I strive to create an inclusive, safe, and collaborative space welcoming individuals of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and those in intimate relationships of any configuration.

My deepest hope is that my clients feel a balance of challenge and support so they can walk through life feeling more connected to themselves and the world around them.
