Bridget is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State, and brings over 20 years of experience working with children, parents, and families in educational settings. With her Master’s degree in Counseling, and extensive experience working with couples, Bridget specializes in guiding partners through some of the most challenging aspects of relationships—overcoming communication barriers, breaking free from negative relationship patterns, addressing dysfunctional dynamics, and navigating the complexities of parenting.

Bridget is skilled at supporting all types of partnerships, and with her support, couples are able to rediscover their bond, resolve long-standing issues, and break free from destructive cycles. Bridget’s approach integrates elements of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and relational mindfulness, with practical intervention tools drawn from the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and interpersonal neurobiology. This approach enables couples to have new experiences of attunement, authenticity, and acceptance in their relationship that promote an increasingly secure attachment with their partner. Clients find Bridget to be non-judgmental, grounded, thoughtful, present and equitable.
