Bridget is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in WA State. Coming from a 20-year background in working with children, parents, and families in an educational setting and a Master’s degree in Counseling, Bridget specializes in helping couples work through communication challenges, negative relationship patterns and parenting concerns, and is also experienced working with couples in non-traditional relationship structures.

Trained in an integrative approach informed by The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), IFS, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Bridget strives to create a space where clients feel safe and comfortable enough to receive support with the challenges they face and are guided to deepen their connection to themselves and each other. Clients find Bridget to be non-judgmental, grounded, thoughtful, present and equitable.
