Associate Licensed
Therapists
- We are looking for candidates with passion, grit, and various areas of interest.
- Both in-person and hybrid positions are available.
Compensation: $45-$60 per clinical hour
Full time: 24 client sessions weekly
Education: Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 0 years
Start Date: open until filled

Licensed
Therapists
We are looking for fully licensed LMHC’s, LMFT’s, and LICSW’s to join our team at Inside Passage Counseling.
- We are looking for candidates with passion, grit, and various areas of interest.
- Both in-person and hybrid positions are available.
Compensation: $60-$80 per clinical hour
Full time: 20+ client sessions weekly
Education: Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Start Date: open until filled
Minimum Requirements
- Fully licensed or associate licensed to practice counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or psychology in WA State
- License is in good standing with no complaints filed
- Excellent references
- Available to work in-person at our beautiful Fairhaven offices
- Available to work full-time = 20 or more sessions per week
- Minimum 1 year of experience (paid or internship) providing psychotherapy services to couples or adult individuals
- Able to articulate your theory of change
- Embody the therapeutic relationship skills that foster a strong working alliance between therapist and client, such as warmth, connectivity, consistency, appropriate boundaries, and congruent communication
