Emmy is a Licensed Social Work Associate (LSWAIC) in WA State and Minnesota with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She has completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems Therapy as well as Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) for couples, both through the IFS Institute. As a therapist, Emmy brings a trauma-informed, relational approach to her work with clients, grounded in deep curiosity and compassion. Emmy supports people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t explain, or disconnected from who they want to be. She works with clients to overcome shame, burnout, self-criticism, or a sense of being lost, and creates a warm, grounded space where all parts of the self are welcome. Drawing from IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and a background in facilitating experiential education and restorative practices, Emmy helps clients explore the adaptive roots of their struggles, relate to themselves with more care, and reconnect with clarity, confidence, and choice to see transformational change. Emmy’s style is collaborative and respectful of each person’s lived experience, identity, and inner wisdom. Whether someone is exploring questions about who they are, healing from relational trauma, or seeking deeper connection with themselves or others, Emmy supports and empowers them on their journey toward lasting growth and wholeness.
