Location:
Evan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in WA State with a Master’s degree in Counseling. Evan’s therapeutic approach blends various modalities and is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy and Existential Therapy. With an intentional and skillful approach, Evan provides comprehensive support for clients dealing with a wide range of issues and concerns, including anxiety, depression, feelings of inadequacy and relationship challenges. Through compassionate and non-judgmental guidance, Evan helps guide his clients in overcoming negative relationship patterns, navigating internal struggles, and improving confidence and communication with others.
When working with teens, Evan engages them in creative, intentional and age appropriate conversations and activities to calm their nervous system and reduce anxiety. Evan uses trauma-informed interventions to address a wide variety of adolescent concerns, including mood changes, identity, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, while working with and supporting the adults and families of the teen.
