Evan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in WA State with a Master’s degree in Counseling. Trained in an integrative approach informed by Nature-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Existential Therapy, Evan combines mindfulness, nature, parts work, and cognitive work to compassionately and non-judgmentally influence client-driven change.

With an intentional and skillful approach, Evan specializes in helping adult clients develop emotional and relational awareness so they can show up as their best selves within intimate relationships, parenting, work relationships, and relating to the world around them. Evan also offers Walk and Talk therapy as an experiential counseling tool where it makes sense for clients as a part of their therapeutic experience.

When working with kids and teens, Evan engages them in creative, intentional and age appropriate conversations and activities to calm their nervous system and reduce anxiety. Evan uses trauma-informed, attachment-based interventions to address a wide variety of childhood and adolescent concerns, including ADHD, mood changes, and social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, while working with and supporting the adults and families of the child or teen.
