Gretchen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in WA State with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator. Gretchen is dedicated to guiding clients towards transformative growth in their relationships and personal well-being. She specializes in helping couples improve communication, change unhealthy relationship dynamics and strengthen emotional and sexual intimacy. Trained through our rigorous Inside Passage Couples Therapy Training Program in an integrative approach that focuses heavily on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Gretchen tailors her techniques to suit the unique needs of each couple.
As a Certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, Gretchen also offers a 6-session Pre-Commitment/Premarital Therapy Program. This structured course informed by the Prepare/Enrich and Gottman Method models includes personalized assessments and practical tools to foster deeper understanding, conflict resolution, and lasting relationship success, and equips couples with essential skills for a strong and fulfilling partnership.
