My primary therapeutic interventions are drawn from Mindfulness Psychology, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and attachment-focused psychotherapy.

Held on Lopez Island in a peaceful and relaxing setting, we can spend one or two days helping you move forward in your life. By scheduling a private retreat, you can get the professional care, expertise, and tools you need during crucial life transitions and times of crisis.
