Kalie is a pending Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in WA State with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is passionate about helping adolescent and adult individual clients struggling with anxiety, trauma & PTSD, emotional burn out, self-criticism, depression, and relationship problems feel more confident in regulating their emotions, less alone in their struggles, more able to break negative patterns, be compassionate toward themselves, and more connected to their core values and sense of identity. With advanced training in EMDR and parts work therapies, Kalie is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, inclusive care, and approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique story. With a warm, easy to talk to, steady, and grounded style, Kalie creates a safe, non-judgmental, and appropriately challenging space for clients to open up and grow.
