Kathy helps individuals explore and understand the dynamics that shape their lives. Whether her clients are feeling stuck in therapy, confronting deep-rooted issues, or dealing with trauma and PTSD, Kathy is dedicated to helping them recognize and manage the external and internal factors that are holding them back.
Kathy brings years of experience in community health, where she supported a diverse clientele facing a variety of life challenges. She works with individuals from a broad range of backgrounds, including neurodivergent individuals, sexual and gender minorities, and immigrants, offering culturally sensitive and inclusive support tailored to their unique experiences. Kathy is also adept at addressing issues related to aging, changing health conditions, the complexities of caring for aging relatives.
