Are you struggling in your intimate relationship? Are you experiencing the effects of grief, trauma, or life transitions? Are you needing help with emotional or physical connection, communication, or healing from betrayal? I’m here to help. I believe that change is constant and hardship happens, but there is always the possibility for hope, transformation, and healing.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Washington State and have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a Master’s of Divinity degree. With advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Integrative Experiential Couples Therapy, I focus on helping couples strengthen and heal their relationships to experience greater joy, connection, and teamwork. Meeting you where you are, based on where you’ve been, we will work together to create a plan for treatment that fits your lifestyle and unique relationship needs.

As the expert of your relationship, you will bring your stories and I will bring my expertise in helping you understand and navigate the patterns and systems within. Specializing in trauma, grief and loss and the way those experiences can ripple out into couple relationships, I work to assure you feel seen, heard, accepted and understood so you can leave our sessions feeling strong, empowered, brave and affirmed!
