Colton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who brings a calm, steady presence to those navigating the pain of losing someone they love. He is dedicated to creating compassionate, grounded spaces where grief is honored, witnessed, and understood—not rushed or minimized.

Colton has experience supporting individuals through complex grief, sudden loss, long-term caregiving journeys, and the disorienting emotional shifts that follow death. His work is trauma-informed, relational, and guided by deep respect for each person’s unique grief process.

Grief Support Group

8-10 participants maximum 

This recurring, therapist-led 8-week in-person grief support group offers a gentle and supportive space for adults grieving the death of someone meaningful. Whether you’re in your first year of loss or seeking to continue your healing, you’re welcome here.

Together, we’ll create a shared space where you can connect with others who understand what grief feels like, helping you feel seen, supported, and less alone.

Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace as we explore emotions, memories, and the complex realities of grief. Sessions will include both open discussion and structured activities shaped by the group’s goals.

His work focuses on helping men understand the internal and relational patterns that shape their lives — particularly those rooted in early experiences, attachment needs, and cultural expectations of masculinity.

Connecting With Self, Connecting With Others

Men's Group

Facilitated by Todd Rubie, MA, LMFT
8-week closed group | Ages 30+
Thursdays, 6:30–8:00pm | Starting early 2026 | In-person
8–10 participants

This 8-week men’s group is designed to explore the powerful intersection between our relationship with ourselves and our capacity to build meaningful, healthy relationships with others. Through guided conversation, shared reflection, and experiential activities, participants will deepen self-awareness while strengthening emotional and relational skills. Together, we will engage topics such as masculinity, attachment, mental health, emotional awareness, communication, and relationship building. The group offers a supportive and confidential space to show up honestly, practice vulnerability, and learn alongside other men navigating similar questions and challenges. The group meets weekly on Thursdays from 6:30–8:00 pm for eight consecutive weeks (February–March). Sessions are interactive, therapist-led, and process-oriented, emphasizing connection, presence, and real-life application.

This group is for men and male-identifying individuals who are interested in developing greater connection with themselves and with others. It may be a good fit if you are:
No prior group therapy experience is required—just a willingness to show up, reflect, and engage.

Where Neurodivergent Women Find Community, Clarity, and Support

Women + ADHD Support Group

Facilitated by Gretchen Kandaras, MA, LMFT & Briana Koback-White, MS, LMFTA
8-week group | Meets every other week
Fridays, 5:00–6:30pm | Starting early 2026 | Virtual on Zoom 

Screening call required (10–15 minutes)

This group is for women and people of other marginalized genders who want a community that understands the lived experience of ADHD. Sessions blend support, psychoeducation, shared processing, and hands-on tools to help participants understand their ADHD brains, unmask safely, and build a life that works with their neurodivergence — not against it.
